Building telescopes to explore the origins and evolution of our universe

Astrophysicist, Experimentalist, Science Communicator

I design and build highly-sensitive telescopes using cutting-edge technology to address fundamental questions about our universe and our place within it.

Currently, I am an Assistant Research Scientist at NASA Goddard Space Flight Center through a cooperative agreement with Johns Hopkins University. I hold a Ph.D. in Physics & Astronomy from Johns Hopkins University (2020) and a B.S. in Physics and Mathematics, cum laude, from New York University Abu Dhabi (2015).

Science communication is a core part of my work. I regularly engage with the public through various platforms to share my research and insights. Outside of work, I enjoy playing soccer, hiking, and eating momos.
